my surname is wrongly misspelt in register of members i.e, in the letter sent to me . To correct this mistake , what i have to do , please guide me in this regard.

You can just do so my writting a letter to ICAI, clealry stating the fact, just also attach your Attested copy my you of your identiy proof which contains the correct name
