13 August 2012 Dear expert,
I use to file my IT returns in the name of "Pradeep Kumar", whereas my name on PAN card is "Pradeep Kumar Dhuoon". This year my case is audit case and I have obtained my digital signature in the name of "Pradeep Kumar Dhuoon". Can I still fill my name in retrun as "Pradeep Kumar", beacase I want my refund in the name of "Pradeep Kumar"
Please advise me.

14 August 2012 pan datase is master, and all communication including refund will be in the pan database name / style and address,

if you want to change it, then request pan database, by filing 49A
