My principal resigned...articleship?

12 November 2012 The firm in which i am undergoing articleship has 6 partners, and i am registered under 4th partner when i have joined this firm, So in this case it is happened that the partner in which i have registered has resigned from firm . So my question is that what i need to do , whether i again need to reister under different partner and fill a seprate form or i need to taje transfer and file a new form?
