E application for registration is necessary. Following documents are required to be submitted with registration authority along with hard copy of of application uploaded and generated ack. 1.Copy of Partnership Deed, Memorandum and Articles of Association, as the case may be, or copy of shop establishment for Prop. business. 2.Proof of permanent residential address of prop. or partner 3.Copy of ownership deed/rent receipts of place of business / place of residence, leave and licence agreement or consent letter if sub-tenant. 4.Copy of rationing card of Proprietor /Partners with photocopy of the first and last pages 5.Two latest passport size photographs of the Applicant*. 6.Copy of certificate under Municipal Act , Factory Act , Shop and Establishment Act and other Licences as applicable. 7. PAN Card, 8. any two Proofs - like Election card, driving license, pass port, electricity bill 9.Current bank account with MICR code of bank and a cancelled cheque. 10.Latest Returns/Chalans position in case of shifting of place of business and change in the constitution. 11.Court Fee Stamp or demand draft with filled chalan in form 210. 12.Requirement specific for registration on account of change in the constitution or transfer of business:- a)Copy of Partnership Deed, Dissolution Deed, or Transfer Deed as the case may be b)Latest Returns / Challans position of transferor c)A copy of the last assessment order d)No dues certificate from the dealer With application self signed true copies are required. At the time of verification originals of documents are required.
