28 August 2008 MVAT should be paid on the basis of sales i.e. accrual or it should be paid when money is received i.e cash basis

15 September 2008 Normally VAT libility arises as soon as sale is executed. However in some state like Tripura, VAT on WC become due only after receiving the payment.
