I suppose you want to set different orientation for different pages.
In Excel 2007:
Click on Page Setup tab. Click on the small arrow on the bottom left hand side of the tab to open the page setup dialog box. Choose the orientation that you want. In apply to, select This point forward.
Repeat the above steps whenever you want to change orientation for any page.
