13 December 2014 is there any rewquirement to change the AOA & MOA as per Companies act 2013??/

our company is proposing to increase its authorised capital but it do not want to change MOA & AOA. will it cause into some default??

15 December 2014 It is not necessary but suggested that whenever a company amends its articles, it should ensure that subsequent to the amendment, the AOA is as per the format specified under the Companies Act, 2013.
