During the assessment Year 2009-10, My TDS was short of Rs. 1 than the net Tax Liability and I filed my ITR without paying this additional IT of Rs.1. Can somebody advise me what should I do as a corrective action and what is the extreme consequence of this non-payment.

No need to worry, amount is negligible. Wait for the Intimation from ITO. In extreme, interest may be levied, that will too be neglible..
