If you want to know Minimum capital requirement for company formation then it is--

Rs.100000/- for Pvt Ltd. Co.
Rs.500000/- for public Ltd. Co.

02 August 2010 For the sake of your knowledge; if you

wish to go for private limited company

because the minimum capital requirement is

too low; I would advise not to go for

private limited company until you have

experience of having a partnership firm

because many legal formalities you have to

comply every year when you form a private

limited company.
