30 June 2009 1) 18 Years is the minimum age.

2) Yes a foreign student can become a director provided he has completed 18 years of age.

30 June 2009 In case of public company its 25 as per sch 13 and in case of pvt company nothing is mention but he should not be minor.. so he have to be more than 18
