In MGT-7 details of shareholding pattern & share capital to be given from 01/04/2014 till which date 31/03/2015 (financial year end ) or Annual General Meeting ??

31 October 2015 It has to be 31.03.2015. As per new Act, the Annual return is filed for Financial year and not from AGM to AGM.
