Mgt -14 is to filed or not

Please let me know whether mgt-14 is to filed for a private limited company if it has increased its Authorized Capital as well as Issued Capital....
And if applicable wat all are the attachments for it and wat is the procedure (ie; time limit) for filing mgt-14

08 September 2015 MGT-14 is required to be filed only when your AOA is getting altered in case of Increase in Authorised Capital.

While increasing Authorised Capital, if you do not need to alter the Article of AOA, then you are not required to file Form MGT-14.
