21 July 2014 I want to file MGT-14 with a resolution regarding Disclosure of interest by the directors. Is MGT-14 the correct form? If so, what is to be selected from the drop down list of the purpose of resolution in MGT-14? I also want to know whether the certification of the professional is required for filing MGT -14?

22 July 2014 Yes MGT 14 is correct form.

Purpose of passing the resolution:

Resolutions passed in pursuance of exercise of powers of Board of Directors

Certification of professional is required.
