15 November 2011 Expulsion of the partner from the firm is regular when partnership deed authorizes the other partner and they use that authority by:

OPTION
(a) Any majority of the partners.
(b) 2/3rd majority of the partners.
(c) 3/4th majority of the partners.
(d) Unanimous consent of all the majority of the existing partners.

Plz note that unanimous means "all" and in your option (d) it is written "all the majority" which is WRONG.
