03 December 2009 Hello... I have a doubt as to whether companies located in MEPZ are suppose to pay service tax or not? Because i heard that they are suppose to pay a fixed percentage on their TO to govt.. Pls clarify

07 December 2009 The MEPZ units are liable to pay service tax on most of the taxable service and claim refund if such services are used for authorised operations.
