10 October 2011 what are the documents to be sent along with notice of a meeting?

28 October 2011 If it is BoD meeting, there is no need to attach any document.

If it is AGM/EGM, you need to send relevant resolution (or agenda) with explanatory statement.

Say its AGM, notice should have Balance Sheet, P&L A/c, Director's Report, Auditor's report, Compliance Report, Attendence slip and proxy form.

28 October 2011 WHAT IS MEANT BY COMPLIANCE REPORT?


04 November 2011 Compliance report is prepared u/s 383A of companies act by Practicing Company Secretary, and must be attached to every B/S.
