I AM PAYING RS. 10000/- TOWARDS PREMIUM AND RS. 103 TOWARD SERVICE TAX ON PREMIUM TOTAL PAID BY CHEQUE RS. 10103/- PLZ SUGGEST HOW MUCH AMT ELIGIBLE U/S. 80D TOWARD MEDICALIM. IS IT SERVICE TAX AMOUNT IS ALSO ELIGIBLE U/S. 80D.

No. Service Tax is not eligible for deduction u/s 80D. Hence only Rs.10000/- will be allowed as ded u/s 80D.
