Medicall allowances exemption

02 May 2014 i am getting Rs. 250/- per month as medical allowances by my employer.
i claimed Rs. 2500/- in a year as medical expenses reimbursement from insurance co.
now i want to know that can i take exemption on medical expenses incurred from my medical allowanes.

02 May 2014 Medical allowances is fully taxable. only medical reimbursement is exempted up to Rs.15000 per annuam,medical claim paid by insurance is not taxable
