i am facing problem with form 23ac. whenever i press check form on the form the data typed is disappeared and the digital signature panel is active so that i can sign the document but once it is signed it again asks for all details pls help very urgent

Download the latest Adobe reader or use Adobe acrobat professional. We had similar problem but upgrading the version and chaning the PC solved it.
