I have applied for name change of a pvt. ltd. co. in form 1A on 30.01.2012. I have not received any reply yet. Can anyone plz tell me how many days it usually takes for reply?

If you are referring to RoC Mumbai, Earlier it used to take 3-4 days but now they are taking a lot of time. I have been given the reason that many officers are not present due to election duty.
