first of all no degree is waste. So MBA will also give you advantage but after CA value of MBA is not so much if not from a prestigious institute. as per my opinion CS will be good if you want to work in India. normally ICWA is not very beneficial with CA as work is like same and CA can work in costing but after CS you can go in secretrial also if you want to go outside India like US then CPA from US.

Although every degree is better, but for MBA, if you are thinking to doing it from the top Institutes then it may be good. Otherwise going for distance learning or correspondence or part time won't be of much use from the point of view of growth.
For other options, u can do certain Courses from Outside India like CPA, CFA, CIMA, IMA, ... also doing a certificate course from the ICAI institute after prost qualification will also be a good option.

If you do MBA from top B-school then its more worth, so its good to do CPA if your good in accounts..You have to go usa for exams and one university is there which they give u CPA with MBA..just checkout best of luck

Agreed. But take a note that MOU is signed with ICAI and CPA Australia. For CPA Australia visit > www.cpaaustralia.co.au.
AICPA represents CPA from US. and For that, in CPA (US) there was one state that recognisez Indian CA's as eligible to do CPA and recently in Dec, that has also been withdrawn., so just check whether that is possible or not.
