25 July 2011 We had deposited service tax in time but forgot filing service tax return, now we are filing service tax return & paid maximum penalty Rs 20,000/-

Service tax department demand/charges addition penalty?

25 July 2011 In case service tax has been paid in time and the return penalty has been paid no further penalty could be levied.
