25 July 2012 how much maximum leave can we can have in our articleship.

is there any way to check how many leaves are recorded by any student.

25 July 2012 The leaves allowed are 1/6 of total period worked.
In the period of 3Yrs, normally students take 6 months leave.

Till now there is only one way to chk your leave details i.e. Attendance Register maintained by the employer.

E diary is still in proposal. After its implementation, institute may provide for some tool to chk for the leave details.
