MAT CREDIT- whether inclusive of surcharge, education cess a

25 June 2010 Us. 115JAA allows tax credit in respect of tax paid us. 115JB of the Income tax Act. As per finance act, tax should be further increased by surcharge, education cess and secondary and higher secondary education cess. Whether credit is restricted only to Tax Element or it can be extended to surcharge and cess.
