07 May 2015 Will marks be alloted if the awnsers are general but meaningfull conceptuallyand i if so will they award half marks ?..

ex : Law'15 IPCC

question : what are the socio - pscycological factors negatively affecting employees ?

My awnser : 1.Discrimination in premisis : explanation
2. Harasment.
3. no open communication
4.Create divion between upper class employees and lower class employees
