calculation of excess remuneration for manager
example co made profit 100 mn and remuneration paid to Manager is 6mn so excess remuneration is (6-5)=1 mn(100*5% max permitted) or 6-4.8=1.2mn (0.4 mn is max as per schedule XIII)
