I am LIC Agent & salaried person
I would like to konow whether this law liablie to me to maintain books of as per section 44aa or not
If applicable which ITR should i fill up

18 July 2009 U need to file ITR in 4
U have now to the option of 8% tax without maintaining the books.

Not required now for maintaining the books
