what is the step when central gst department is not changing mail id and phone no through offline application??? but it is generally done by state gst.

Follow procedure below :- 1) Login in GST portal 2) In a service tab select "amend non core fields" 3) Go to 2nd tab which is "Proprietor / Partner details" 4) Change desired email id and phone no. 5) Click Save button. 6) You will receive Otp on new email id and phone no. 7) Put the same On gst Portal 8) Go to last i.e. verification tab. 9) Sign it through applicable mode (DSC / EVC) 10) You will receive status as a "Successful" on email 15 mins after submission
