14 December 2011 I ve done state audit for Taj Hotels in Andrapradesh recently,they were charging @5%

but nw im in Rajastan, here one of the hotel is charging Luxury tax @8%, whehter it is correct as per provision of Rajastan state act

14 December 2011 In Delhi Luxury tax rate is 10%, so luxury tax rate is vary to state wise.
