I have an Querry regarding the LTA Claim can u please help me out with following examples:
If an employee having LTA amount as per his salary structure for FY10-11 is Rs. 50K, & FY11-12 is Rs. 50K . it means he can get Rs. 1Lac in one single paymentin FY11-12 so please explain this will be treated as a One Single claim(1journey) or two different claims(2 Journey) ?
& in future he can claim the same as per above ..?
Please give your valubale suggestions with supportings evidence i.e case law, judgments etc...
