sir. i have start new business now i want to take lower tds certificate.in form 13 demanded last three years data . i have no data because of this is my first year..so can i get certificate for base on only current year provisional data only ??

sir ..i have started govt semi govt lisening wok .receive commission on basia for collecting payment for client and giving order them .
