What is the procedure if Sale Tax form 'C' lost by courier service.
What have to do purchaser?.

08 May 2013 Hi,

Firstly, the person who lost Form C in courier shall obtain acknowledgement from the courier stating that the said document under courier is lost and not found.

Secondly, the person who lost the Form C shall write to the jurisdiction VAT officer along with the affidavit and indemnity bond to be given to the department for having lost Form C and can apply for new Form C. He also should give an advertisement in the area newspaper about the lost of Form C.
