I have lost my article ship completion document issued by icai IN JAN 2012. I recently cleared my ca exam and i want to apply for membership.
i am from western region.plz suggest some remedy.

Don't worry approach your employer (i.e where you completed your articleship training) your employer also receive the same copy from ICAI so ask him and take the copy of it and enclose it for the forms for which it is required.
