If one owns two houses in the same city, out of which one is self occupied and the other one is rented out. On the property which is rented out there is a loss incurred due to interest , can this loss be set off against salary income.
Do let me know if
a. if there is no issue in having two houses in the same city one which is let out and one self occupied.
b. and the loss on HP can be adjusted against the salary income.
