An amount of consideration received by the wife on death of Individual Assessee in case of sale of Residential House. what are tax treatment under Section 54 of Income tax Law? Who are liable to pay Capital Gain? What is the meaning of Assessee under section 54 of income tax act to read with other provision of income tax act
