My Friend has forgotten the User ID & Password for return of IT.

How do he get the login ID & Password Please help me in this regard.

2. Use the forgot password option on e-filing website.

11 July 2012 you can reset your passward by 3 ways
1) by last year acknowledgement number(go to incometaxefilling website click forgott passward0
2)by secet quistion and answer
3if these are not possible you sholud mail to ask @ incometaxindia.gov.in for recovery of passward by giving following details -

Pan No.

Address:

Mob. No.
email no.(as per pan records)
