19 July 2014 Can a individual give a loan to a private company as per New Companies Act, 2013?

19 July 2014 AS PER NEW COMPANIES ACT ONLY DIRECTORS CAN GIVE LOAN.

21 July 2014 it a private company will take unsecured loan form a person other then a director it will be treated as a deposit under the Act.
