I want to know that a company can give loan to its commission agent. without interest ? or must to take interest on it ?

Please guide me.

07 March 2012 No body can stop anybody for giving Interest free Loan to anybody.

The only thing is Genuiness.. You have to proove the genuineness of transaction.
