Dear Sir ! Can you please explain me what is the tax audit limit for a professional (CS)LLP firm.? is it 15 lakh or 60 lakh turnover...? Thanks...

Company Secretary Firm or LLP cannot be a business. In any case, it shall be a profession only. So the audit limit for AY 2012-2013 is Rs. 15 lakhs and from AY 2013-2014 it shall be Rs. 25 lakhs.
