Dear All, nowadays there is a trend on listing the Company through Demerger-merger route. for eg: FUTURA POLYESTERS LIMITED AND INNOVASSYNTH INVESTMENTS LIMITED can anybody tell me how this scheme works, timelimit, chech points, comliances etc.

The process would remain the same as that of a normal demerger - merger.
The main requirement is that the stock exchange should give approval under clause 24(f). If the stock exchange committee allows such a scheme, then everthing else follows smoothly.
