Lic payment receipts not maintained

Client has not maintained LIC payment receipts due to which I am confused whether to claim the amount as deduction as per client request or not??

How can I check whether he has made payment or not??

25 September 2014 If payment is made through bank then you can check in bank statement/passbook.

25 September 2014 I think you will be able to see premium payments made till date by registering online on LIC site.

To register policy no. and amount of premium installment will be required.

I have enrolled 1 policy, so to check other policies of same client,do I have to again register??

I have registered with client's email-id, so is there any possibility that client would get know that he has been registered?

26 September 2014 Dear Friend,

I don't have much knowledge about this, I reply you based on my personal experience.

I think he has to register again for another policy.

I have no idea whether on registration a confirmation email will be received in the email registered or not, but on making online payment through LIC log in he will receive receipt of premium payment through email.
