07 January 2016 if a company collects freight charges from the buyer which is also a company in sale bill then the liability to pay the service tax on RCM basis will be on buyer comapny or the seller company ???

08 January 2016 Liability under rcm is on the person who is responsible for payment to gta here seller company is paying the freight to transporter hence liability also on seller company.
