26 December 2012 What is the liability of the witness to the signatories who are forming a company?

26 December 2012 Hey hi,

The witness means that the concerned document has been signed in his presence and he knows the persons signing the said document, he has to only identify that person in court of law. If he doesnt know the executor and he signs as witness, its an offence.
