08 June 2012 As per rules of ICWAI, for exemption student should work under cost accountant or Such a company whose turnover above 5 crores.

& I'm not fulfilling the above criteria, I'm working in proprietorship whose turnover below 5 crs. ,BUT I HAVE A Good knowledge of TAXES & ACCOUNTS I've 6 Years of experiences.

AND I wants to continue in current firm itself

So pl give me letter formate Requesting to institute director for exemption for training.

I hve knowledge of Gujarat sales tax, maharashtra sales tax, TDS, Profession tax, service tax accounts etc...I've 18K salary. PLEASE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME LETTER

09 June 2012 rather than finding a letter suiting you conditions, consider drafting a letter which describes your position fairly.

so Drafting yourself an application would be better in your case..
