05 September 2016 Legal fee or expenses of fy 2015-16 has been paid in fy 2016-17.Can we make provision of such legal fee or legal expenses as at 31st March 2016. Whether it will be allowed in income tax ?

05 September 2016 Yes you can make provision for the Legal Fees payable and deduct TDS thereon. The expenses will be allowed.
