Leave with wages means the leave enjoyed by an individual with pay i.e. Casual Leave, Sick Leave and Earned Leave i.e one day for every 20days of work performed and 9 days leave as per National and festival holidays Act.
As per the shops & Establishment Act 12days each , SL,CL & EL will be given to the individual.
