07 December 2010 I had problem regarding leave calculation of my friend in case of transfer. Whether leave will be calculated proportionatly under different principals. i.e. leave Credit under previous pricipal can be carried forward under current principal. She has excess balance of leave under previous employer whether it can be taken in to account while calculating total leave entitel under second employer. Please reply as early as possible.

07 December 2010 Total leave allowable during full articleship period is 180 days irrespective of where you have taken them.
