Dear sir, being a company i have received a notice u/s 200a charging fees u/s 234a for late filing of tds return amt of which is 45,000.00 from Deputy Commissioner of IT,CPC-TDS. How can we escape to pay that huge amount. plse suggest me the legal way-out of this problem.
