1) Are SUNDAYS and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS included while calculating the late filing period of TDS quarterly returns?

2)If late filing fees is once paid into the bank, is it to be disclosed in the quarterly retuns

20 January 2016 YES, ONCE FILING IS DELAY LATE FILING FEES 200 IS CALCULATED ON ALL DAYS INCLUDING SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

YES YOU HAVE REVISE TDS RETURN.INCLUDING 234E CHALLAN LATE FEES .
