late deposit of tds

if the tds of march 10 is deposited after the due date in year 10-11 along with interest what will be its consequence in year 10-11

IF U HAVE DEPOSITED TDS ON OR BEFORE OF DUE DATE OF FILLING THE RETURN FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31.3.10 THEN EXPENSES WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE SAME YEAR.
HOWEVER, IF U HAVE DEPOSITED TDS AFTER DUE DATE OF FILLING THE RETURN THEN EXPENSES WOULD BE DISALLOWED IN THE YEAR 2010 AND WILL ALLOWED IN THE YEAR 2011
HOWEVER, IF U HAVE DEPOSITED TDS AFTER DUE DATE OF FILLING THE RETURN THEN EXPENSES WOULD BE DISALLOWED IN THE YEAR 2010 AND WILL ALLOWED IN THE YEAR 2011
